These Terms regulate the use of movelarixmx.com and access to educational materials published by Movelarixmx Orientación Civil, S.C. By continuing to read you accept these conditions, drafted in accordance with Mexican law in force in 2026.
1. Nature of the service
Movelarixmx is a civil organization devoted to disseminating educational information about personal finance and social benefits in Mexico. It is not a financial institution, does not operate under CNBV or SHCP concession and does not perform stock-market, banking or insurance intermediation.
2. Educational information, not advice
Published contents are educational materials. They do not constitute individual investment recommendations, wealth advice or financial instructions. Any decision you take based on them is your sole responsibility.
3. Use of the site

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
