Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy clearly explains which personal data Movelarixmx Orientación Civil, S.C. (hereinafter, “Movelarixmx”) receives when you read our materials or request guidance. It is written in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and INAI recommendations in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Movelarixmx Orientación Civil, S.C., with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 12th floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of data collected through movelarixmx.com. For privacy matters write to contacto@movelarixmx.com.
2. Data we collect
We only request the data needed to respond to an educational inquiry: name, email and the message you choose to share. We do not request sensitive data, banking data, RFC or account numbers. If you include additional information in the message field, we recommend keeping it strictly necessary.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) respond to your guidance request; (ii) keep an internal follow-up record; (iii) build aggregated statistics about the most-consulted topics and improve our educational materials. None of these purposes involve automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies

7. Retention and security
We keep contact data for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, unless required otherwise by law. We implement transit encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access control and yearly security reviews by an independent provider.
8. Changes to this policy
If we modify this Policy we will publish the updated version at this URL and indicate the date. In case of substantial changes (for example, new purposes) we will notify by email those who wrote to us during the previous 12 months.
9. Supervisory authority
If you consider your rights have not been addressed, you may turn to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) or its successor authority in force at the time of inquiry.
